Back in 2017 it was a decent weapon for someone who's totally new to the game, now it's just plain bad. It's MR8, they can get plenty of good weapons at that point! It used to be MR0 but they raised it to MR5 in 2017 and raised it even further after that.

Honestly people should just stop recommending this trash gun to new players. that hit several times harder and have a higher chance to crit. Meanwhile there are weapons like Catchmoon, Tombfinger, Euphona P, Pyrana P, etc. With a maxed build you'll deal roughly 25k per shot if you crit and that's a huge if because it doesn't get even close to 100% crit chance and when you don't crit it hits like a wet noodle.
